Jeremy Shufflebarger has been working in the fields of domestic relations, mental health law, Department of Regulatory Agencies, and adoptions since 2012. The Shufflebarger Law Office, P.C. specializes in assisting mental health professionals with practice management, ethical and legal consultations, and DORA compliance/defense. Jeremy has provided numerous trainings and presentations for mental health professionals and organizations that support and train mental health professionals. Jeremy has been greatly influenced by his wife's work as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Colorado. Due to her amazing work with families and children, Jeremy has a unique insight into representing mental health professionals and is dedicated to providing family members with quality representation in domestic relations matters, including divorces, relinquishment of parental rights, and juvenile matters.

Courtney Aspinwall is a master teacher and educator whose passion lies in helping mental and behavioral health professionals build confidence in navigating complex ethical and regulatory challenges. With a background rooted in education and training, Courtney has spent the last four years in a healthcare role within schools, giving her firsthand insight into the intersection of education, mental health, and regulatory compliance. She has a gift for breaking down complicated legal and ethical concepts into practical, applicable knowledge clinicians can use in their day-to-day practice. As co-founder of The Linden Group, Courtney leads the organization's training and education programs, empowering professionals to protect their practices and serve their clients with greater clarity and peace of mind.
