Accessibility

This is an accessibility statement from The Linden Group.

Measures to support accessibility
The Linden Group takes the following measures to ensure accessibility of shufflebargerlaw.com:

  • Include accessibility as part of our mission statement.

  • Include accessibility throughout our internal policies.

  • Integrate accessibility into our procurement practices.

  • Integrate accessibility as part of our web design practice. This includes: accessible color ratios (both color blind safe and contrast ratios), accessible heading structure on each page, alternative text to every image, and inclusive practices in the images we choose to display to represent our firm. This also includes considerations in the design of the user interface for people who are neurodivergent. We made a deliberate decision to not use highly animated elements or pop-ups to try to make everyone's user experience pleasant.

Conformance status
The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) defines requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. It defines three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA. This website is partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 level AA. Partially conformant means that some parts of the content do not fully conform to the accessibility standard.
